I set this business up because it offers a lifestyle that I love for myself and my family. Living and bringing my kids up by the sea has been a goal for me and I encourage my clients to make changes in order to achieve their own lifestyle goals. I’ve been working in the financial sector for over 20 years and my favourite thing about SIFP is being able to hear people’s stories and making a positive impact in their lives. I enjoy being able to tell someone they can retire early, or help their kids get on the property ladder. People often see financial planning as complicated, I’m able to translate that into something simple, achievable and relatable for my clients.

For over 20 years I’ve been helping people transition, guiding them to understand the most important things in their lives, then building a financial plan to fulfil those priorities. Having worked across the financial spectrum from a UK bank, a nationwide financial planning firm, my focus is now firmly in my native Cornwall working alongside James at Saulsbury Financial Planning.

From 2012, I studied under George Kinder – the father of the Financial Life Planning movement, whose approach focuses on living a meaningful life, free of regret – which is what I like to think is the true purpose of financial planning.

Working with James since the inception of Saulsbury Independent Financial Planning Limited has allowed me to build strong relationships with our clients. With over 20 years of experience in project management and personal assistance, my career has been focused on providing smooth customer focused service and support.

One of the key highlights of my role is ensuring the seamless administration of our clients' affairs, underlining my commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of financial planning.

I joined Saulsbury Independent Financial Planning in November 2023 with over three years of experience in Financial Services. I support Jeremy with his administration, report writing and thoroughly enjoy liaising with our providers and clients.

Originally from Buckinghamshire, I now live in the beautiful Georgian town of Stamford with my husband and our exuberant Cocker Spaniel called Brie, the two loves of my life. I really enjoy cooking, and I love to travel, whether that’s an action-packed city break, relaxing sunny or snowy holiday or a staycation! I recently went to Thailand on my honeymoon which has made me fall in love with Eastern culture and cuisine, and I’m hoping to return in 2025 to visit more of the country.
